Cancellation Policy

At Felise Rochelle Studios, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and professionals in our studio, please review the following booking policies: Appointments All services must be booked in advance through our official booking platform or directly with your chosen service provider. Each professional at Felise Rochelle Studios manages their own bookings, pricing, and service offerings. Confirmation messages will be sent via email or text once your appointment is secured. Deposits Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will be clearly stated during the booking process. Deposits are applied to your final service total and are non-transferable. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee as determined by your service provider. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to honor your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may experience a shortened session or risk cancellation, depending on the service provider’s availability. No-Show Policy No-shows are subject to a fee and may result in limited future booking privileges. Each service provider enforces their own no-show policy; please refer to their individual terms. Service Responsibility Clients are responsible for reviewing their appointment details (date, time, service type, and provider) before confirming.
